Eufaula Parks and Recreation’s youth soccer program is governed by the rules and regulations of the Alabama Recreation and Parks Association (ARPA) www.arpaonline.org. Specific rules for each league have been outlined for you below.
In addition to rules, a Code of Conduct and Policy & Procedures have been adopted for parents, coaches and spectators including the Recreation staff. Please click on any of these items for further review and clarification.

SOCCER:
Age cut-off date: How old was your child on July 31st of the current year, this is where they will play
Beginning League
Boys & Girls Ages 4-5
Soccer 1
Boys & Girls Ages 6-8
Soccer 2
Boys & Girls Ages 9-11
Soccer 3
Boys & Girls Ages 12-15
Soccer 4-Adult League
Boys & Girls Ages 16 & up
**Soccer Ages & Leagues are subject to change depending on #'s registered
REGISTRATION: Registration for Soccer is held during the summer months (June, July and August) at the Eufaula Community Center. The cost is $30 for regular registration and $40 for late. Participants MUST play in the league determined by their birthday. Be prepared to give the child’s shirt size at the time of registration. There will be sample shirts to help you determine the correct size. A copy of birth certificates are now required at the time of registration.
