CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
WATER AEROBICS: Tone muscle; improve balance, strength, coordination & range of motion. Held in shallow end of pool
Cardio Strength & Core Class: HIIT Training focused on cardio, strength & core. Light to heavy weights are used. Beginner-Advanced
SilverSneakers-
CLASSIC: Improve muscle strength, balance, coordination & agility for daily living skills. Chairs, elastic tubing, hand held weights & balls are used.
YOGA: Seated & standing yoga poses to increase flexibility, balance & range of motion. A chair is used for seated & standing options.
CIRCUIT: Interval-style training, designed to strengthen upper body with tubing, handheld weights & a ball. Low impact cardio movements are alternated to maximize fitness benefits.
AQUA Zumba: LOW impact dance moves using water resistance to tone muscles-Held in shallow end of pool
Zumba GOLD: LOW impact, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired dance fitness class
ZUMBA: Low, Medium & High impact, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired dance fitness class

$5.00 per class for ECC Members $10.00 per class for Non-ECC Members
