The City of Eufaula Parks and Recreation Board is seeking applicants for the full-time position of Office Manager. Duties include but are not limited to clerical and managerial tasks pertaining to the administrative office of the Parks and Recreation Department. In additional to the standard clerical duties such as typing correspondence, responding to the public on the phone and in person, payroll processing, office inventory, and invoice/accounting responsibilities, employee will provide oversight to the KidsFirst Summer Day Camp program and staffing responsibilities. Also, employee will have the responsibility of managing and scheduling of part-time employees to ensure proper manpower coverage.
Successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years clerical responsibility with supervisory experience being preferred. Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a good driving record. Must be able to work well with the public.
